Parts & fit
Which bikes does the parts finder cover?
The finder includes QMwheel V20 Pro, V20 Mini and S20 / S20 Pro, OUXI V8, V8 Mini, C80 and GT2000, plus Black Warrior HWS. Choose your model, then select a component. Availability varies by model and category.
Does selecting my model guarantee a part will fit?
Model names are a starting point. Check your bike's exact version, dimensions, mounting points and electrical connections against the product details. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Do the wheel covers fit every fatbike?
Our current wheel covers are for 20 × 4.0-inch setups. They are not for the GT2000 or the 16-inch Mini models. Also check hub opening, brake, valve and mounting clearance; tyre size alone does not confirm fit.
Are brake discs and rotor screws universal?
They can suit more than one bike model, but the measurements must match. Check rotor diameter, thickness and mounting pattern, and the screws' thread and length. Our current Snail discs are 160 mm.
Can I fit the parts myself?
That depends on the part and your experience. Follow the product instructions and use the correct tools. Ask a qualified bicycle mechanic to check compatibility and installation for brakes and other safety-critical components.
Direct Parts & shipping
Is Direct Parts dropshipping?
Yes. You order and pay through FatCustoms, and the supplier ships directly from China to your address. FatCustoms remains your seller and support contact.
Am I buying directly from a manufacturer?
You buy from FatCustoms. We source through suppliers on Alibaba and AliExpress; some are manufacturers and others are trading companies. We only describe an item as manufacturer-direct when that relationship is verified. Our prices include our margin and service.
Are generic parts original QMwheel or OUXI parts?
Generic replacement parts are not original branded parts unless the product page explicitly says so. Model names help identify the intended application.
How long will delivery take, and what will it cost?
Delivery depends on the item and supplier. Check the product page and checkout for the applicable delivery estimate and charges. If delivery or possible import charges are unclear, ask us before ordering.
Why does my model show no products?
Some categories are still being prepared. An empty result means no direct-shipped products are currently listed for that combination. Try All parts or contact us with your model and the part you need.
Black Warrior HWS pre-orders
What is the Black Warrior HWS pre-order price?
The pre-order price is €1,499. The later price is €1,799. See the pre-order page for the current offer.
Do I pay upfront for a pre-order?
Yes. You pay the full amount upfront through Shopify checkout. A pre-order reserves a bike from an upcoming delivery; it is not an item for immediate dispatch.
When will my Black Warrior HWS be delivered?
Delivery is planned from 1 October 2026. Once the bikes are in stock, we will contact you to arrange delivery details. This is the start of the delivery window, not a confirmed individual delivery date.
What makes the Black Warrior HWS different?
It combines a sport-motorcycle silhouette with a large tank-shaped storage bag, wheel covers and 20 × 4.0-inch tyres. Explore the product and pre-order page for the full specification and imagery.
Orders & support
How do I ask about an existing order?
Use our contact form and include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of your question. Choose Order or delivery as the topic.
How do I request a return or report a problem?
Contact us with your order number and explain the problem or return request. We will help you with the next steps and the applicable return instructions. Do not send a parcel to a supplier address without confirming the return destination.
Can I change or cancel my order or pre-order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you want to make. We will check the order status and explain the available options and applicable terms.
Can you help me find a part that is not listed?
Send your exact bike model and version, the part name and any dimensions or part numbers you have. We will look into your request without assuming another model's part will fit.
