Are these original branded parts?
This range is for generic replacement parts. Brand and model names identify the intended bike. A listing must explicitly state if a part is an original branded component.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery varies by supplier, item and destination. Use the estimate on the individual product page. Products from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.
Are there extra shipping or import costs?
Check the product information and checkout for shipping, taxes and any stated import arrangements before paying. Ask FatCustoms if anything is unclear; a direct shipment does not automatically mean duty-free delivery.
What if I need help or want to return something?
